Restaurant experience

I did my internship from 13th April 2015 to 18th April 2015 at a restaurant in le Tampon. I’ve worked for a week and I was paid €250, it was funny.
I’ve chosen to experience this job because I like cooking and I love the contact with people. I’d like to become a firefighter so this job isn’t related to my future career. In a food business you must be attentive a lot and read the menus to get the orders right. I made Sandwiches, washed dishes and cleaned the room.
To become a restaurant chef, I don’t know what to study because it’s a family restaurant. I love this job because we are in contact with people and I love it but it’s difficult because we must manage many things at the same time, for example to make sandwiches and place them in the oven. It’s awesome to work with people, but sometimes it’s complicated.
